Veg Fest will consist of more than 30 exhibitors of local and national prominence, and feature free food demonstrations and guest speakers. This year's speakers are Gene Baur, founder of Farm Sanctuary, Dr. Michael Greger M.D., a preeminent expert on important public health issues, and Jae Steele, a local-food expert and author of an award-winning vegan cookbook. Free food demonstrations will show festival-goers how easy it is to cook without animal ingredients
Cooking demonstrations will be given by Brad Campeau of B. Goods cookies, and Dee Newman of Three Cheers Cupcakes. Seating is limited so be sure to get there early!
