Win a spot for your child at one of the Mud Oven's March Break Morning Camps!

The Mud Oven

The Mud Oven, a ceramics studio located at 1065 Bank Street (near Sunnyside), is running daily morning camps this March Break. Chelsea artist Marie France Nitski will be directing each two-hour morning camp, where children will get to paint a coupe lunch plate according to the day's theme. The camps run from 9:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. each morning, and include a snack break with juice and cookies. See photos of last year's camp.

This year's themes are:

Monday, March 15th: Paint Like Morriseau
Tuesday, March 16th: Inspired by Haida Art
Wednesday, March 17th: Paint Like Keith Haring (Graffiti Artist)
Thursday, March 18th: Inspired by Inuit Art
Friday, March 19th: Paint Like Miro

The winner's child will get to attend the camp session of their choice. Please note that children must be at least five years of age to attend the camp; you can choose to stay with your child or enjoy a mini March Break of your own while they paint!

To enter the contest, send an email to contest@frugalfunottawa.ca. Be sure to include your name and phone number. The winning name will be drawn on Thursday, March 11th at noon and the winner will be contacted by telephone.

Good Luck!
